How we make Canta Pueblo possible

Canta Pueblo is a non-profit cultural initiative run entirely by volunteers. Donations allow us to keep Latin American culture alive.

ℹ️ Learn more about our work and donations ▼

Canta Pueblo is driven by volunteers with the desire to create community spaces through music, dance, gastronomy, and Latin American traditions in Leipzig.

Every festival and event is the result of countless hours of passionate volunteer work.

Where do financial contributions go?

All voluntary donations directly cover essential event expenses:

  • Guest artists and performers
  • Sound engineering and technical equipment
  • Venue rental and sanitation facilities
  • Transport and logistics
  • Supplies for traditional gastronomy and workshops

The organizing team receives no financial remuneration. Our goal is to keep this intercultural meeting space open and vibrant for everyone.

Why are donations so important?

Admission to our events is free (voluntary donations) because we believe culture should be accessible to all. Voluntary donations support essential crew and artists. Every contribution matters!

Thank you for being part of Canta Pueblo! ❤️
